The Black Duchess Satin Longline Letterman Varsity Jacket from DearVarsity is the jacket that needs no introduction. Built on a thigh-length longline silhouette with a 5cm drop shoulder and a very wide, boxy frame, this jacket is constructed in 200–250gsm duchess satin — the same fabric used in ballgowns, brought into a streetwear silhouette with complete authority. Black leather sleeves run matte against the glossy duchess body, and a hidden magnetic snap closure keeps the front completely uninterrupted. The structured sheen of duchess satin in black is the entire design statement.

The front has nothing on it. No embroidery, no patch, no visible hardware. The duchess satin sheen and the longline volume do the work that most jackets need ten elements to achieve. Tracking Your Order

You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it any time from our Track Order page. Delivery time depends on your destination; your tracking link carries the courier's current estimate for your address.

Returns & Exchanges

If something is not right, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to start a return or a size exchange.

Items should be unworn and unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags where applicable.
Email us first with your order number, full name and billing email, and please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

How to Measure

To get accurate measurements, use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps:

Chest – Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist – Measure around your natural waistline, just above your hips.
Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sleeve Length – Measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist.
Shoulder Width – Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
Jacket Length – Measure from the base of your neck to the desired jacket hem.
