Returns & Exchanges
If something is not right, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to start a return or a size exchange.
- Items should be unworn and unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags where applicable.
- Email us first with your order number, full name and billing email, and please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
- Use a trackable service and keep the receipt until the return is complete.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Measure
To get accurate measurements, use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps:
Chest – Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist – Measure around your natural waistline, just above your hips.
Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sleeve Length – Measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist.
Shoulder Width – Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
Jacket Length – Measure from the base of your neck to the desired jacket hem.
Tip: Measure over light clothing for best accuracy.
