The Cobalt Blue Wool Hooded Letterman Varsity Jacket from DearVarsity changes the silhouette before it does anything else. This is a half-zip construction — the zip runs only from collar to chest, 30cm, and below that the jacket is closed — creating a sport jacket shape that sits differently on the body from any full-zip varsity. White leather sleeves run against cobalt blue wool, the fixed medium structured hood in cobalt carries a hot pink satin lining visible at the face opening — a colour reveal that makes every wear with the hood up its own moment. A hot pink metal half-zip runs center front with cobalt blue and hot pink stripe ribbing on collar, cuffs, and hem.

The front left chest carries “DV” in hot pink chenille — 6cm, sporty and bold — with a hot pink chenille star — 5cm — on the right. A hot pink chenille stripe runs the outer arm on both white leather sleeves — the accent colour reappearing on the sleeve exactly where it should. The back carries one element: a large lightning bolt in hot pink chenille — 22cm tall — centered on cobalt blue wool, bold and graphic, with small “DV” in white embroidery below it.

Each jacket is prepared after your order is confirmed rather than pulled off a shelf, which is what keeps the fabrics, patches and finishing to the standard we sell. There is a short production window before your parcel is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it any time from our Track Order page. Delivery time depends on your destination; your tracking link carries the courier's current estimate for your address.

Returns & Exchanges

If something is not right, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to start a return or a size exchange.

Items should be unworn and unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags where applicable.
Email us first with your order number, full name and billing email, and please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Use a trackable service and keep the receipt until the return is complete.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

How to Measure

To get accurate measurements, use a soft measuring tape and follow these steps:

Chest – Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist – Measure around your natural waistline, just above your hips.
Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Sleeve Length – Measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist.
Shoulder Width – Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
Jacket Length – Measure from the base of your neck to the desired jacket hem.

Tip: Measure over light clothing for best accuracy.
