Made to order, not pulled off a shelf
Every jacket is prepared after the order is confirmed. That is what keeps the construction consistent: the wool weight, the leather, the patch placement and the finishing are done for that order rather than pulled from whatever a warehouse happens to be holding. It adds a short production window before dispatch, and it is the reason the details hold up.

What the jackets are made of
The range runs across four builds, and the difference between them is genuinely a difference in material rather than a change of label:

All-wool — structured warmth and a clean, traditional varsity body.
Wool and leather — wool body with genuine leather sleeves, the contrast the letterman jacket is known for.
Satin — lighter, with a surface that catches light; made for a looser, more expressive look.
Embroidered — statement patches and chain-stitch detailing where the artwork is the point.

Most jackets are lined in soft viscose and finished with a rib-knitted collar, cuffs and hemline, with a full snap-tab front. Colours, patches and trims change from piece to piece; the construction does not.

Fit and sizing
Sizes run XS to 3XL across men’s and women’s cuts, including classic, cropped, oversized and hooded shapes. Because each jacket is made to order, the size guide is worth two minutes before checkout — it lists chest, waist, hips, sleeve and jacket length for every size, and it is linked on every product page next to the size selector.
