Custom jackets are personalized products. Once embroidery or patches are added, the jacket becomes
uniquely yours.
Because of that, custom orders follow different return guidelines than standard inventory.

- Incorrect spelling versus approved mockup

- Major placement deviation
Material Flaws
- Significant fabric defects
- Leather abnormalities beyond natural variation
Sizing Errors
- Major discrepancies outside tolerance range
- If we made a mistake, we fix it.
